Program Manager (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager on a 6-month contract basis to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile expertise, hands-on experience managing multiple workstreams, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure.
- Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Promote and drive Agile best practices across teams.
- Manage and optimize program backlogs, sprint planning, workflows, dashboards, and reporting using Jira.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and ensure delivery excellence.
- Track program metrics and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership.
- Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Program Management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and delivering complex programs end-to-end.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong proficiency in Jira, including:
- Backlog management
- Sprint planning
- Workflow configuration
- Dashboard creation
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
