Senior Software Quality Engineer (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure smooth releases.
• Perform regression, functional, and performance testing as needed.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• 04-06  years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Proven expertise in both manual testing (UI, exploratory, regression)
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
