Senior Manager – Strategic Finance

You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, driving business insights, and ensuring robust financial governance. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and stakeholder management to support growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Planning

  • Lead the development of long-term financial models, scenario analyses, and investment strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Partner with the leadership team to ensure financial strategy is aligned with corporate goals and business priorities.
  • Provide thought leadership on capital allocation, funding strategies, and return on investment.

Business Performance and Insights

  • Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking frameworks across revenue, cost, margin, and ROI dimensions.
  • Deliver actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency, project profitability, and pricing models (T&M, fixed bid, SaaS, licensing).
  • Develop pricing models and provide guidance in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure sustainable profitability across each opportunity and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with PMO to analyze project-level performance and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Corporate Finance and Transactions

  • Lead financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for new initiatives, project partnerships, and strategic investments.
  • Support negotiations and business cases with robust financial analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Oversee the end-to-end budgeting process, including annual operating plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Monitor and report variances, cash flow, and capital allocation; recommend corrective actions where needed.
  • Drive accountability across functions for budget adherence.

Risk and Compliance

  • Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain strong internal controls across finance operations.

Stakeholder Management and Reporting

  • Partner with business unit leaders, engineering managers, and product teams to ensure financial discipline and accountability.
  • Prepare high-quality board-level presentations and investor reports, translating complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional qualifications such as CIMA, CFA, CA, or ACCA OR Degree/MBA in Finance or equivalent.
  • 08–10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
  • Proven track record in financial modeling, business performance analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Exposure to the IT / SaaS / Technology industry is preferred.
  • Prior experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or strategic projects is an advantage.
